For information on the proper coverage to obtain, you will need an H06 policy governed by the FL Statutes 720. The H06 policy is because of being a quad with 4 attached units and coverage covers the building and roofs. Having to be governed by FL Statute 720 is because you are in a Homeowners Association, not a Condominium Association FL 718. The District’s irrigation system is normally off from Friday at 9:30am thru Monday at 9:30am. Due to current drought conditions, EFFECTIVE APRIL 1, 2020, the irrigation system will ALSO be turned off on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 10:00am - 5:00pm.
